I. WHAT DOES THE RAW PART INCLUDE? WHAT DOES THE COMPLETED PART INCLUDE?

A. DOES WORKING INCLUDES RAW MATERIALS SUPPLIED BY CONTRACTOR?

1. Providing staffs, performing all the preparatory work, auxiliary work before starting construction for customers.

2. Providing engineers to supervise the process of reinforcing the ground under the foundation in the first stage.

3. Supplying labor and materials for the construction of underground items including: septic tanks, underground water tanks, manholes in accordance with design documents..

4. Providing staff and equipment for digging foundations.

5. Supplying labors and materials for the construction of foundation formwork, foundation beams and ground floor in detail according to the attached design documents..

6. Supplying labors and materials for concrete foundation work, foundation beams, ground floor according to the attached design documents.

7. Supplying labor and materials for formwork, reinforcement and casting concrete, beams and floors for all floors and roofs in accordance with approved design documents.

8. Supplying labors and materials for formwork construction, reinforcement, concrete pouring of ladder slabs according to the design and constructing stairs in accordance with the approved design documents.

9. Supplying labors and materials for wall construction and standard plastering of all covering walls, room dividers, gene boxes, railings, pedestals made of bricks and solid bricks according to the approved design documents.

10. Supplying labors and raw materials to create rough parts for special interior and exterior architectural details before the relief, decorative patterns, decorative edges of the construction unit, proceeding to draw reliefs with internal and external furniture according to approved design documents.

11. Supplying labors and construction materials for installing of conduit systems, junction boxes for wall wires, ceiling wires, (excluding copper pipes for air conditioners, 3-phase electrical systems, electrical wires, telephone, internet wire, wall television cable, lightning protection system, lightning rod) for all floors in accordance with the approved design documents.

12. Supplying labors and construction materials for installing water supply and drainage system for the whole project including hot water piping system using PPR pipes according to approved design documents.  

13. Labor and materials for construction of air conditioning insulation pipes, drainage pipes, air conditioning wires.

14. Light electrical construction materials, conduit for communication cables, wifi, TV cables, cameras (excluding light electrical equipment)

B. WORK INCLUDES ONLY FINISHING LABORS: (FINISHING MATERIALS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMERS)

1. Supplying workers to tile the floors according to the approved design documents

2. Supplying workers to tile the toilet wall according to the approved design documents

3. Supplying labor to install electrical equipment for lighting, decoration, switches, power supply for the whole house.

4. Supplying labor to install sanitary equipment for all toilets, faucets of all kinds in the kitchen area.

5. Supplying labor, cleaning the handover work to enter the finishing part.

C. ITEMS AND WORKS BELONG TO FINISHED PART:

1. Processing decorative iron, carpentry, granite tiling for stairs, facades, decorative tiles, kitchen countertops, plaster ceilings, door erection of all kinds.

2. The types of materials and equipment for the Finishing part are not included in the content of the work performed in the Labor Finishing part.

3. Sections of special architectural patterns, reliefs and textures for the main facade exterior and interior decoration are not included in the content of this contract. This part will be directly selected by the investor and appointed another unit to perform.

4. Labor and materials for matic roof and ceiling.

5. Supplying labor and materials to paint walls and ceilings.

6. Labor and materials for roof processing and erection Tempered glass for light-filled roofs according to approved design documents.

7. Labor and materials for waterproofing walls, floors and roofs of works.

8. Industrial hygiene materials and workers hand over the work to use.

II. WHICH TYPE DOES RAW PART MATERIAL USE?

Raw construction materials provided by MM2's supply partners are the best quality materials in the Local, in addition to the list of materials provided by MM2, customers can suggest types of materials, and suppliers for MM2. MM2 is always committed to use the best materials, during the construction process, if the customer is not satisfied with the materials, they can request to change the type of materials immediately. Material analysis sheet will be provided right from the consultation phase before signing the contract.

III. CONSTRUCTION TIME AND PROCESS?

IV. WARRANTY POLICY OF MM2 ?

V. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION, REPORT AND LOGISTICS OF WORKS:

- All construction works of MM2 are recorded in a diary and reported daily to the investor, after completion, they will be gathered into a copy called "construction diary".

- Each construction project of MM2 will have Camera installed to shared with customers.
